Making some freshly roasted Ethiopia Dori Kochowa - Kifle Station (my roaster husband made 2 days ago) to bring back to the office with me.

If you haven't tried an Aero Press for your brews yet, I encourage you to try it sometime. It is brewed in a vacuum, making a full bodied cup.

You have more control with the high acidity beans (think Kenya) by stirring before you plunge.
